For many, mother-father wounds are filled with mixed emotions and important “missing experiences” that cause a life-long journey of inadequacy (not feeling enough), sadness, grief, denial, anger, confusion, betrayal, over-pleasing and over-achieving, seeking attention, attracted to chaos and drama, and of course, complicated relationships with loved ones and authority figures.
Accessing the inner-parent is the beginning of awakening more of who you really are, and the journey of learning how to “re-parent” your inner child who often competes with, and self-sabotages, your wise and mature adult.

This is why having an encouraging accountability coach, who can help you through the process, can make all the difference to helping you experience the progress you want to see.
My accountability coaching approach is not punitive or “parental” where we focus on what you didn’t do and justifying why.
My approach is more interested and curious about helping you learn what drives and motivates you, and to self-study the thoughts, feelings and limiting beliefs that get in your way.
From here, we can co-create new strategies and daily rituals for new thoughts, feelings and beliefs to organically inspire you to take the small steps, that will help you become the you, you want to experience and grow, in the process of achieving your goals.
All the sessions I offer, include optional accountability support to help you integrate a few daily goals that you know will help you ground and strengthen the insights and SoulBody Wisdom you experience in our sessions.
